The intensity (or saturation) of a color refers to the brightness or dullness of the color. A highly intense color is bright and vivid, while a less intense color is more muted or dull. For this competition, we are looking to showcase intense colors, where intense color is a key element to the photograph. Note that one or more intense color can be present. The color in the final image should represent the color that was present in the scene. Normal post processing is allowed, but the color should not be overly enhanced or created using the editing software. The color should either be inherent to the subject matter or created in the physical world, such as with gels or flashlights. It should also be noted that selective color is explicitly not allowed (see link for an example and definition).
